Wickenburg Ranch Will Soon Offer Semi-Custom Homes

In Wickenburg, Arizona, a resort community named Wickenburg Ranch has announced that they have decided to create a new neighborhood on the property with the help of two hand-picked, semi-custom homebuilders.

The community currently offers homes built by Shea Homes, and will now begin to offer semi-customizable homes by CSE and Associates and Mandalay Homes. There will be an additional 62 homes within a 55-acre area of the property. These homes will feature larger, more private lots ranging from 10,000 to 45,000 square feet. The two builders will construct 31 homes each, which in turn will offer multiple structural options. A U.S. Houzz and Home survey given in 2016 showed that over two-thirds, or 68%, of homeowners plan to include some sort of recreational area in their customized home. Varying design options will give homebuyers the option to customize some aspects of the home, like expanded great rooms and recreational vehicle garages.

Wickenburg Ranch has offered home buyers a unique offering of amenities since the beginning of the planning stage of the project. These amenities include access to a championship golf and five-star resort club, tennis courts, hiking trails, and much more.Wickenburg Ranch also answered the buyers’ increased desire for more customizable homes by working with CSE and Associates and Mandalay homes.

Mandalay Homes is committed to indoor air quality, water conservation, and to building extremely energy efficient homes. The energy costs of these homes will be very low and will consist of one of three unique home designs. Construction on spec homes is expected to begin in October, with living space ranging from 2,400 to 3,600 square feet.

CSE and Associates will offer designs that will reflect the homeowner’s unique personality and tastes. These homes will consist of four floor plans with a dedication to craftsmanship, spacious and open floorplans, and a lot of functional storage. Construction on spec homes is expected to begin in November, with floor plans ranging from 2,900 to 3,600 square feet.

Bill Brownlee, a partner of M3 Companies, and development partner at Wickenburg Ranch, said, “The addition of CSE and Associates and Mandalay Homes to Wickenburg Ranch is exciting. Both homebuilders bring their unique expertise to our community, and will offer future Wickenburg Ranch residents custom options to truly build the home of their dreams.”
